Daily revision practice.
No lesson time needed.

Educator is a gamified practice app for GCSE and KS3 students. Cards are written to the spec, sourced and quality-checked, and delivered in short daily sessions students actually do: on the bus, at breakfast, between lessons.

4 weeks free · no card · unlimited students

What students do

10–15 cards a day. That's it.

Students open Educator, pick their subject, and work through a short session of practice cards: multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, match-pairs, calculations. The app tracks what they know and what they don't, and brings harder material back more often.

XP, streaks, ranks, and class leaderboards give them a reason to come back tomorrow. No homework required, though homework assignments are available if you want to direct the practice.

Honest answers to "don't we already have this?"

vs Seneca

Seneca teaches lessons with quizzes inside. Educator builds a daily retrieval habit: three minutes, spaced repetition, streaks students protect. Different job. Ours also gives you the department view without a premium tier.

vs Tassomai

The closest tool to us, in the subjects it covers. It doesn't cover Food, D&T, RS, PE, Drama, Sociology or Psychology. We do, board-matched, at a fraction of the per-student price.

vs Carousel

Carousel gives your teachers a quiz-writing tool. Educator ships 17,000+ ready-made, spec-cited questions. Your department's evenings stay their own.

The 30-second proof: pick your exam board on any class and watch the question bank reshape to your actual specification. AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas, WJEC.

Common questions

Will it be blocked on our school network?

Many schools filter new sites by default. We've put together a one-page IT whitelist request you can forward to your network team. It lists the two domains to allow and confirms the app carries no advertising, no social features, and no user-generated content. Most schools process these in a few days.

Do students need to download an app?

No. Educator runs entirely in the browser: desktop, tablet, or phone. Students bookmark it like any website. Nothing to install, nothing to approve through your MDM.

How is the content checked?

Every card is written against the published exam specification and examiners' reports, sourced to an authoritative reference, and checked against our card-quality rules before it goes live. We go further than most: hundreds of cards are built directly from the boards' examiners' reports. Where examiners flag a common wrong answer that loses marks, we make a card that targets exactly that misconception. Food and Design & Technology are signed off by a qualified subject teacher. Nothing is crowdsourced or AI-generated, and if a card is ever wrong, we fix it fast.

What happens after the four-week trial?

Nothing is auto-charged. At the end of the trial you'll get an email with a link to subscribe directly from your school dashboard. If you decide not to continue, student accounts are preserved so data isn't lost if you return.

Is it GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is stored on servers in the US (AWS us-east-1) under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA). No data is sold to third parties. No advertising. Full details in our privacy policy. We're happy to review a DPA if your school requires one. Email support@educator-labs.com.

How does Educator compare to other revision tools?

Happy to talk specifics for your context. As one worked example, we've written up how Educator compares to Carousel. The short version is broader subject coverage, a daily-habit loop, and gamification designed not to stress students.

Try it with one class. Four weeks, free.

No card. No commitment. Unlimited students for the whole trial. If your classes aren't practising daily by the end of week two, we'll tell you why.
